We offer on site personal training. We do things differently. When you sign up for personal training you are given a clear path and workout plan to follow, so when your not with your personal trainer you are still making progress.
Boot Camp will be kicking off this Spring! What is boot camp? Boot Camp is a team oriented workout that challenges everyone regardless of their fitness level. We have tires to flip, obstacles to vault over, battle ropes and kegs and a few other surprises . Check back for more details!
We pride ourselves on being family friendly and supportive. You will find no reasons here to be embarrassed or ashamed to workout. Everyone has a reason for getting in shape and our fitness family supports everyone regardless of fitness level or body shape.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: NO, we don't do contracts, we don't believe people should be forced to pay for a membership.
Q:Do you have cardio equipment?
A: Yes, we have top of the line elliptical, treadmills and rowers. We also have a stationary bike and a Jacobs ladder!!
Q: Do you have free weights?
A: Yes we have a broad array of freeweights, dumbbell's, barbells and plenty of weight to put on them.
Q:Are you 24 hrs and if so how do I get in after staffed hours?
A: Yes, we have a high tech entry system that allows you inside with the swipe of your membership card!
